Welcome to our villa website, where we hope you will find the vacation you are looking for. Our spacious 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom pool home is situated on the newly completed Silver Creek development which is only 15 minutes drive from Disney's main gate.
Silver Creek is also close to several first class golf courses and for anglers, there are as many ponds and lakes as you could wish for.
Whilst convenient for all the theme parks, our villa is in a quiet and peaceful location, being well set back from the major highways.
As our home is privately owned and is managed and maintained to the highest standard.
Great floor plan and immaculate house
"We have stayed in several homes in Clermont and enjoyed this one the best. It is very clean and updated. The best part is all rooms have a private or connected bathroom so no lines or waiting to use the shower and lots of privacy. The pool area has lots of privacy as well. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend."

Wonderful, relaxing home away from home
“This house was perfect, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen area was well equiped and there were many special amenities such as a pool table and dart board. The pool was great and had a safety fence as well as alarms on the doors to protect the little ones. They supplied a high chair and cribs for the babies.”

Even exceeded expectations
"The property was spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The property facilities were very much appreciate. My grandson loved the pool. Orlandos amusement parks are very good, but there is also so much more to see and do. For example, there is Lake Eola in Downtown Orlando and Celebration. The day we spent at Sand Keys Park, Clearwater was brilliant. A very good fish & chip shop / Restuarant is the Pier at Cagan's Crossing, Highway 27. Look out for the young man with the hand held sign he waves all day long at the cross-roads and an older man sat under a parasol with a waving sign operated by his foot. Give them both a wave if you pass by. We will be returning"
